We who work with LampGallerian.se has worked with lighting since ancient times (at least it feels that way) and has been on the journey from traditional light bulbs to LED lights.
Since we have been in the business for so long, we know what is important in lighting. Everything we buy, we will review and quality control. What we, with our experience, do not feel meet our high standards we wont take in our stores, it is an important part of our work to create a good reputation.
With that said, we still have (according to us), the largest assortment of lighting in Sweden. Our goal is that if you need a lamp, then you should find it in our store! To achieve this we are working actively to bring in new brands, work out features to make it easier to find what you want and we will help you to customize the lights according to your wishes (extension of cables, etc.).
Another important part of our business is complaints / returns management. Although 99% of all deliveries are painless sometimes we just have bad luck (or Schenker).
We will help with a replacement product and try to exceed your expectations on the handling of the complaint.
In the current situation, we have about 20 people who work with LampGallerian. We have everything from a wonderful customer service, efficient purchasing department to understanding return department.
